RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

RETURN POLICY

Customers have the right to cancel the Sales Contract and return their purchased items within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. If multiple items were purchased and delivered separately, the 14-day return period starts from the date of receipt of the last item.

 

To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the cancellation of the contract.

  • The item must be in unused condition, with its original packaging, tags, seals, and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).

 

Customers are responsible for any reduction in value of the returned items caused by usage beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

 

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, laundered, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stainson items when trying them on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and disposed of or returned to the client. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED, OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT SO WE CAN ASSESS THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The right to return does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods.

  • Services that were fully performed with prior consent, where the customer acknowledged they would lose the right to cancel once the service was completed.

 

Customers should familiarize themselves with this policy before making a purchase, as product returns or refunds for these products or exchanges are not possible. It is always advisable to carefully read the return policy and product description before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings and disappointments.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers may exchange unused, undamaged itemswithin 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

 

If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, the customer can choose from the following options:

  • Select another item from the store with a price adjustment if needed.

  • Wait for the desired product to be back in stock.

 

COST OF RETURN

  • You will pay the direct costs of returning the Goods.

  • You shall be responsible only for the diminution in value of the Goods resulting from using them in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.

  • The order can be returned free of charge to the Seller's address.
