LY&LY delivers worldwide using a specialized courier service. The cost of shipping depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method.

We use Deutsche Post as our courier partner. Shipping costs are determined based on Deutsche Post’s tariffs and are calculated at checkout.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• EU Deliveries: Since our store is registered in Germany, no customs fees apply to deliveries within the European Union.

• Non-EU Deliveries: Customs duties for shipments outside the EU are determined according to the local regulations of the destination country and must be paid by the buyer.

• Restrictions: Due to military aggression against Ukraine, we do not deliver to Russia and Belarus.
